After I saw the Watchmen trailer in front of The Dark Knight I download the Smashing Pumpkins B-Side/Rarity of "The End is the Beginning of the End" listened to it for three days non-stop and then purchased Watchmen, the graphic novel, from Barnes and Noble. I just finished it about 10 minutes ago and then proceeded to download the Watchmen trailer in HD. I can safely say that this movie not only looks completely mind blowing, but, its without a doubt the most closely adapted novel to movie Ive ever seen in my life.
Why wasn't I born Garth, a 300 pound man with a pony tail who owns a comic shop and collects action figures?

Early in the morning Brooklyn always smells. Its like getting up early isnt punishment enough, so, when Im walking to the subway at 6:00 am, the smell of doodie is there to greet me. Amazing.
Piperlime has some of the best looking vintage shoes Ive ever seen. This being one of the new fall trends is something I can totally get behind. Its too bad walking in heels in NY is such a downer. I guess there is always something to be said for changing into hot shoes when you get to work.
Gillian was able to get us some passes to a
Star Wars: Clone Wars screening this Sunday, and, even though its on 84th and Broadway at 10:00 in the morning, Im totally excited about it.
My tan is fading. I need a large open air skylight right above my desk in order to combat this. Also, a modular desk station with a treadmill underneath would be tops.
I read the last book in the Twilight Saga this weekend, Breaking Dawn, and I thought it could have been much, MUCH better. To make up for it I bought Watchmen, a graphic novel by DC being made into a movie. Its a trip. Im really enjoying it.
Law and Order started up again on the 23rd and things are a lot better than last year. The new office P.A.'s we acquired are great. I think this year will be really smooth and fun, which, is really all you can ask for in a work situation. As for the episodes...we will see.
