So New York, NY. Lets just say the air train got the better of us and when we rolled into Gillian's dorm I was pretty tired. I ended up sleeping from like 10:30 pm to 10:30 am and right now I could even take a nap. G-dog Gillian is kickin it NYU style at class so I'm kickin it NYU guest style in her dorm chatin online and thinking about doing my personal statement. I went to work with her this morning and got to see Tisch in all its glory. I want to go back and take pictures. Like, the Tisch floors are really sleek and industrial looking. I really like them. Macs everywhere though. Save me. I miss my computer already. Its like lap top paradise here. I just can't take it. Anyways, I think there might be a little drinking going down tonight which is what I'm all about. I'll document it with the greatest camera ever. Other then that I'm just takin it as it comes. I wanna see anything and everything so I can say I've done it all. NYC is so mother fing huge that you really can't do it all, but, it doesn't hurt to try. Steph gave me some pointers on what to check out so I think I will start there.
Also, you should know I'm going to hack my way into Facebook if it's the last thing I do. Maybe I'll even be a NYU student...who knows.
My portfolio pictures are 9x13 and they should be 8x10. I need to get them cut down. I'm starting to feel like I'm trying really hard to get into NYU and Tisch and its not going to happen at all. I need a back up plan.
Edit: Come to find out EWU made it into a NYU lecture today when Ward Churchill came up. Ironic that I was here in the dorm room when one of Gillian's room mate started talking about it. Heinous.
