Rachel's Schedule O' Fun
11:00-11:50: Geography 100. Its my last science credit and it looks like its going to be a lot of the material I covered in my Geology class with Dr. Asslick. I should do spectacularly well in this class. Plus, I already made two friends in the class, both of which are boys and sit on either side of me. Science never looked so good.
12:00-12:50: Math 115. Today in class I realized that Im not sure how I passed Math 104, and since you need to remember everything from Math 104 to be successful in Math 115, I can already see my hope of this class not kicking my ass fade into oblivion. It should be my last math credit. If I pass. Dammit.
1:00-3:15: Filmic Arts and the Humanities 214. This is the most spectacular class in the history of all classes. Hands down. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday we talk about movies. Wednesday and Friday we watch movies. Honestly. It doesn't get better then that. Today we watched Koyaanisqatsi by Reggio. American Zoetrope (the Coppola and Lucas production company from way back when) produced it in 1983 and it was really, really different. There are no characters, just music and pictures. No dialog. It was interesting but at the same time I didn't really know what I was supposed to be getting from it until about half way through. The music is random as well. Still, worth checking out. It is certainly unique.

Anyways, school went really well. I worked, got my books, went to class, and then came back and worked some more. I have Math with a kid Bens age that I knew in high school. Its weird to see him and not associate him with Ben. In all three of my classes I have a few kids that Ive had classes with before. Alas, no hot kid from last year which I was bummed about. Oh well, Im sure I will see him on campus. I do have homework in all my classes tonight though which I could do without since I just want to watch Smallville, call you, and then go to sleep. Im gonna go scrounge up some dinner.
